How is the kit delivered?

Your Pool Kit will be shipped out to your house in 10-15 days.! Shipping is included in the Continental United States with no tax outside of Washington.  Some items, which are of special order, will not make the 10-15days i.e. custom liners and covers. The inground pool kits, depending on pool size and shape, are usually delivered on 3-4 standard 4x8 pallets and the pool step.  Due to the size and weight of the pool kits, they can only be shipped by truck or common carrier.

The customer is responsible for unloading the truck. We want the customer to inspect all the items and make sure that the items are there and are not damaged. You must inform the carrier before he leaves which items are damaged and if anything is missing. All damaged items must be sent back with the shipper.  The pallets are wrapped and are easily opened to remove box by box. The driver is not responsible for unloading the truck. He may help but is not required to, and what ever items he removes please look at them to. If you have a couple of family members, neighbors, or friends to help unload it, of course it would make it easier. Keep in mind that the pool kits ship factory direct and Pool Warehouse has little to no control of what happens when the items are being shipped.  Please look at all the items.

Please again follow our instructions to find if any item that may be damage (claim with shipper before he leaves) this is an essential to our fast shipment of any damaged items. Must be sent back with the shipper

What if we have questions when installing our Pool Kit?

We support the customer 100% with any questions on installation. Please call tech support (phone # is found in your installation kit) for installation questions and to help guide you though the building process from 9-5 eastern standard time Monday- Friday.  With over 20 years experience per tech they are worth their weight in gold.

This is easy. Just call and tell us what is not working or you can call the Manufacture direct with your manual to help trouble shoot any problems.  We will call up the manufacture and either they will send out a new item or send out a representative to fix the problem.How how easy is it to install a Cornerstone swimming pool?

(Dig) Excavation= $400-$1000.

Hard or soft bottom concrete: Soft: $400 Hard: $800

Decking: Pavers: $400 Concrete deck: $800 or as much as you can afford.

Electrical: Always hire a electrician to install your system and light.  $250-$450

Plumbing:   Do it your self. Or handy man $200 

Walls placement: Do it your self.   Or handy man $200

Their is more information online than in any other source and brochures. We offer online videos Online Video to guide the customer in viewing the process of installation of our pools, they are only intended to be view as guides. Upon purchasing one of our pool kits the customer will receive a complete video with all brochures and warranty cards.
