Pool Warehouse Policies

POOL WAREHOUSE RETURN POLICIES

Missing and Damaged Items Policy: Report any missing and/or damaged items before the shipper leaves on the bill of Lading and then fax to 800-515-1747 Pool Warehouse. All damaged items must be sent back with the shipper for a quick replacement of the damaged item. If customer does not note damages or missing items on the bill of lading at the time of delivery, then the customer will file a damage claim (concealed damages) form with the shipping company and be reimbursed by the same.  Pool Warehouse will ship all necessary items out via standard ground UPS or common freight carrier. Pool Warehouse will not be held responsible for:  Cost in Delays from shipping and or back ordered Products, loss of or refilling of water.  Please do not arrange any installation or schedule any installation crews before you actually receive your pool kit in its entirety.  This will help avoid time lapse and make for a happy customer.

Defective items after 15 days.     Manufacturer customer service centers provide great help with installation and any problems you might run in to.  Please read your product manual, and or call the manufacturer help line.  All the products we sell have Warranties from the Manufacturer.  If at anytime after 30 days of purchase you have problems with any of our Manufacturer’s customer service please email sale@poolwarehouse.com

Please note all sales within the state of Washington are subject to a state sales tax of 8.7%

Non Returnable Items: Custom orders and Large Items that ship via common carrier includes: "Inground Pools,  Liners, Spas, Saunas, Heaters, Waterfalls" all items that are custom cannot be returned. Cancellations on Custom orders are charged a 30% restocking fee if not shipped.  Warranty issues Pool Warehouse will have the Manufacturer quickly and correctly fix or replace the item or items that are defective.  
 

 How to return items within 15 days of purchase.
1. Items must be new and not used in original box . If the goods cannot be sold in new condition a refund will not be issued.
2.  Email Pool Warehouse your on-line receipt with a reason of return:  sale@poolwarehouse.com. A RMA-# will be given and a ship back address.
3. Returned items will be freight pre-paid via UPS.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. RMA-# and order # must appear on all cartons.

We reserve the right to charge all fees on any product returned not following these conditions in addition to a 25% restocking fee. 

Poolwarehouse.com online pricing is subject change with out notice and reserves the right of final approval of all orders. 

Credit Card Payments

I agree that we will pay our credit card according to our card holder agreement. I further agree and understand that I may not file a chargeback for any reason except a case of a fraudulent transaction that I did not make. Agreeing to purchase goods from Pool Warehouse will waive my rights to a chargeback against Pool Warehouse. Any fees associated with collecting unpaid funds, goods, fees, or services will be charged to the customer at the fullest extent available under law. If the an account falls into collections, the standard collection fee is 30% of the total invoice plus any other applicable fees.
