After the swimming pool excavation is complete, the pool components are delivered to the site.

The construction foreman sets and verifies the bench mark (finished elevation) before starting to set the panels.

Once the elevation is verified, the pool walls (panels) are set in the proper configuration.

The K-Braces are attached to the pool walls and staked in place.

The pool steps and step brace system are attached to the panelized pool structure.

The plumbing is attached to the pool structure, which includes skimmer, pool returns, step returns and a main drain at the bottom of the pool.

The poured concrete pool bottom is hand trowelled to a mirror finish. This ensures a pool base that will last a lifetime without any possibility of erosion, footprints, depressions or infestation by insects or rodents.

Poured concrete is placed along the entire perimeter of the pool walls and step area. This totally encapsulates the wall base, K-Brace, plumbing and step support system for proper wall alignment and support.

The vinyl member (liner) is placed in the shallow end for inspection. Once verified, the liner is pulled in place.

After the liner is put in place, the vacuum (air suction device) vacates any air which exists between the liner and the pool structure, thus providing a perfect, wrinkle-free application.
